I was beginning to despair of finding someone to fix a simple rail for the steep steps up to my front door when I came across your website. From the first phone call I have experienced first class service. The young man (they are all young to me!) who came all the way up to London to advise and measure for such a small job was so helpful and polite as were the two young men who came later to fit the rail and not forgetting the helpful phone conversations and emails with Catherine. The original enquiry was dealt with very quickly and efficiently both by asking for details for the size and a photo of the proposed site. The quote was clear on price and payment methods and I was notified on the despatch of the completed unit.

The care of wrapping was evident and no problem. The inclusion of  ground fixings and a small canister of paint to cover the screw heads was a thoughtful idea. The fixing on site presented not difficult and the final result is excellent!
